Job summary

South Roanoke is seeking an RN to lead a dedicated care team in a family-like setting. You will oversee compassionate, coordinated, and deeply personal care for residents in a facility that values respect and professional growth.

The role requires an ASN or BSN and an active Virginia RN license, with preference for long-term care experience. You will guide staff, ensure safety and quality, and be a pivotal part of our caring community.

Qualifications

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
• Ability to make independent decisions
