Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Centers in Roanoke, VA is seeking an RN to lead and coordinate nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will guide a team to deliver compassionate, personalized care aligned with facility values and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to navigate laws and guidelines governing long-term care. Shift is 7p-7a, full-time, with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines for long-term care.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
