Job summary

South Roanoke is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead a care team on the night shift, delivering compassionate, coordinated resident care. The role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, and a homelike atmosphere within a respected long-term care setting.

You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support families while fostering a culture of respect and professional growth. ASN/BSN and Virginia RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Virginia RN license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
