Job summary

Scheurer Health in Pigeon, MI is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The role requires at least one year of emergency care nursing experience and current Michigan RN license. Certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC) should be obtained within one year of hire.

Night shift with rotating weekends and holidays, full benefits. Responsibilities include triage, patient assessment, documentation in the EMR, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality patient

• Graduates from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as Registered Nurse in Michigan in good standing.

Responsibilities:

• Assesses, evaluates and prioritizes care that is individualized and directed based on diagnosis, patient needs and standards of care
• Provides safe therapeutic care in a knowledgeable, skillful manner involving all members of the healthcare team
• Documents in the patient’s electronic medical record

Requirements:

• One year of experience in an emergency care nursing or similar experience
• Applicants will be graduates from an accredited school of nursing
• Poses a current license in good standing as Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
