Tiburon Hills Care Center in Tiburon, CA is actively seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will supervise nursing staff during your shift and deliver direct resident care, including treatments and medication administration.
You will also complete assessments, care plans, and charting while coordinating with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team to monitor residents and respond to changes.
