Purpose of the Position

The Supervisory Registered Nurse (RN) oversees and supports the work of caregivers to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care. This role combines direct nursing expertise with leadership responsibilities, helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance.

What the Supervisory RN Does

• Supervises Clinical Staff – Guides, supports, and evaluates nurses and caregivers in their daily work.
