Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Grand Rapids is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 homecare for pediatric or adult patients. The role offers both part-time and full-time schedules with a pay rate of $35–$40 per hour and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and plan patient care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and documenting care and patient changes. Active RN license and BLS required; TB and chest X-ray may be required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where the RN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses from health care team data.
