Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Gobles, MI to work 1:1 with pediatric or adult patients in a homecare setting. Positions available include full-time and part-time roles, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering skilled nursing services per prescribed orders and monitoring patient status to identify physiologic and psychosocial changes.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where you practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and documents data and nursing diagnoses.
