Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Portland, MI to work with pediatric or adult patients 1:1 in a homecare setting. The position is available as full time or part time, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and plan care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and monitoring patient conditions with thorough documentation. Requires RN licensure in the practicing state, TB/X-ray and BLS.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
