Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Grand Rapids is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1, in-home care for pediatric or adult patients. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, administering prescribed orders, and monitoring patient status. Qualified candidates must hold an RN license in the practice state, have TB or Chest X‑ray evidence, and possess a current BLS card.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where practice is required.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray documentation.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses for patients.
