Maxim Healthcare Services in Grand Rapids is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver 1:1 patient care in a homecare setting, serving pediatric or adult patients.

• Current TB test or Chest X-ray is required.
• Current BLS card is required.

Responsabilités

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents nursing diagnoses.
