Essex Meadows in Connecticut is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and support our nursing staff, promoting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

You will supervise direct resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and participate in care planning within a collaborative team, with competitive pay, shift differentials, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Connecticut or a valid multi-state license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Supervising direct resident care and nursing personnel during assigned shifts.
• Providing hands-on clinical care as needed.
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and families.
• Making rounds to ensure quality care in a safe, clean environment.

• 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Fridays and Every Weekend | $50.75/hr
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | 32 hours/week | $40-44/hr
