Job Requirements

• LPN/RN licensure in good standing in Kentucky
• Prior Long Term Care Experience (Preferred)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Computer proficiency and electronic documentation experience (Preferred)
• Familiarity with culture change and person-centered care (Plus)
• Ability to foster a team-oriented environment
