Skyline Ridge Health and Rehabilitation in Colorado Springs is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to monitor patients, assess needs, and collaborate with physicians to develop care plans. The role offers day and night shifts, with both full-time and part-time schedules.

Pay is competitive at $42-$47 per hour, and benefits plus opportunities for professional growth are provided. New grads are welcome; an RN license is required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, injections, etc.) and fill in patient charts.
• Adjust and administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders.
