Skyline Ridge Health and Rehabiliation is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join a dedicated care team in Colorado. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff to implement individualized care plans.

Formación

• LVN license required.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide the best possible care.

• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure, injections) and document patient charts.
• Adjust and administer medications per physician orders.

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Salary: $31.41-$34.05/ per hour

Schedule: Days, Nights, Full-time, Part-time

Duties

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.

Qualifications

• LVN License is required.
