Job summary

Skyline Ridge Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Colorado. The role covers day and night shifts, with full-time and part-time schedules.

Compensation is hourly, in the $31.41–$34.05 range, with benefits and opportunities for advancement. You will monitor patients, provide compassionate nursing care, collaborate on care plans with physicians and other nurses, and perform routine procedures and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required.
• Prior experience preferred; new grads welcome.

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
