Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with resident care policies and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions.
  • Promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life while maintaining safety.

Odd Fellows Home is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional nursing team. Compensation

Starting at $45.00 per hour and up, based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and applicable shift differentials.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Current and active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and exercise professional judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with electronic health records and documentation systems.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as required.
  • Must successfully pass a background check, including CORI.
