Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead a comprehensive lifecycle strategy for TLS within RMS, reporting to the VP of Global Supply Chain. You will drive transformation, foster innovation, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage subcontractor relationships, ensure cost and schedule integrity, and mentor teams while leveraging procurement and MRP knowledge to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or other relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Strong and proven leadership skills.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.
• Travel ~50%
• FAR/DAR knowledge and government contracting exposure.
• Experience negotiating and cost analysis for contracts.
