Job summary

The University of Louisville is seeking a Program Manager for the Regional Medical Operations Coordination Center (RMOCC) to support the Director in developing, implementing, and operating Kentucky's statewide coordination model. You will lead daily coordination, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of care coordination technologies across hospitals, EMS, public health, and emergency management partners.

As a key operational leader, you will oversee readiness activities, training, and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least six years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder organizations in healthcare operations or EMS.
• Demonstrated project management and operational leadership experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, EMS operations, patient transfer processes, and coordination principles.
• ICS 100-800 certifications or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the RMOCC and coordinate workflows.
• Monitor hospital capacity, EMS resource availability, patient movement, and system constraints.
• Coordinate routine operational activities among hospitals, EMS agencies, and healthcare partners.
• Support activation, operational management, and documentation during emergencies.
• Track program milestones, deliverables, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with hospitals, EMS, public health, and emergency management.
• Lead meetings, workgroups, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist with onboarding and participation of organizations using RMOCC services.
• Support training, onboarding, and technical support for participating organizations.
• Support development and maintenance of healthcare resource visibility tools and dashboards.
• Assist with readiness activities, SOPs, drills, and ICS integration.
• Contribute to grant reporting, performance measures, and program evaluations.
