University of Louisville is seeking the RMOCC Program Manager to lead daily coordination, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of care coordination technologies across hospitals, EMS agencies, and public health partners. You will oversee operational readiness, performance metrics, and staff development to sustain statewide healthcare coordination.

Competenze

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations, EMS, emergency management, public health, hospital administration, or healthcare coordination.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, EMS operations, patient transfer processes, and healthcare coordination principles.
• ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, and 800 certifications or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

• Technology Implementation & Utilization of care coordination platforms (Pulsara and related platforms).

• Personnel Support & Team Leadership including onboarding, training, and staffing readiness.
