Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the RMOCC, including workflows and situational awareness.
• Coordinate hospital capacity, EMS resources, and patient movement.
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate meetings and trainings.
• Assist with deployment of coordination technologies and dashboards.
• Lead operational readiness activities and exercises.
