Job summary

Rosenbauer America Group is seeking a Pre-Fit Assembler to build fire apparatus components. You will read blueprints, set up fabrication equipment, and assemble parts for bodies and pump modules.

This role requires accurate measurement, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position emphasizes inventory management, quality checks, and following detailed build specifications to ensure high-quality assemblies for Rosenbauer’s fire equipment

Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints/spec books and follow written directions.
• Accurate tape measure reading and measurement conversions.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks to specification.
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fits all workpiece parts to be utilized for bodies and/or pump modules.
• Sets up and operates fabricating machines such as shears and drill presses.

This position operates fabricating machinery such as shears and drill press. Pre- Fit Assemblers must manage the inventory for all material shelves in the department.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAll employees are required to support Rosenbauer’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
