Job summary

Excentium, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead cybersecurity services engagements providing ISSO support for a federal customer in the Washington, DC area.

You will own program performance, manage RMF/A&A activities, and drive continuous authorization improvements while coordinating with CO/COR and client stakeholders. The role requires a senior PM with 10+ years in large-scale cybersecurity programs, a PMP or equivalent certification, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in large-scale cybersecurity program management.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Active Secret personnel security clearance.
• Experience with federal government cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual, administrative, and performance matters.
• Provide leadership, resource planning, and coordination to meet deliverables and timelines.
• Interface with Contracting Officer and COR to resolve issues and report status.
• Own staffing plan, recruitment, retention, and timely substitutions for Key Personnel.
• Lead risk identification, issue resolution, and change-management processes.
• Prepare and deliver periodic status reports with metrics and risks.
• Oversee QA/QC for all deliverables prior to submission.
• Coordinate transition-in and transition-out activities as needed.
