Job summary

Excentium, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager (PM) — Key Personnel to lead a Federal Cybersecurity Services engagement providing ISSO support.

The PM is the single point of accountability for RMF modernization, continuous monitoring, and A&A improvements, interfacing with CO/COR and the customer on-site in the Washington, DC area. A Secret clearance, PMP certification, and at least ten years of federal cybersecurity program experience are required; availability within 10 days of award is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
10+ years of experience managing large-scale cybersecurity programs.
Current PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Current Secret-level personnel security clearance.
Experience with federal government cybersecurity requirements.
Availability to begin within the timeframe specified at contract award.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual, administrative, and performance matters under the contract.
Provide overall leadership, resource planning, and coordination to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
Interface directly with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to resolve issues and report status.
