Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support USASOC RMF program. You will provide day-to-day cybersecurity and RMF support to Detachments and other elements, maintaining the security posture of SOFNET-connected systems and sustaining ATO through the RMF lifecycle.

The role requires SECRET clearance, RMF experience, and proficiency with eMASS, NIST SP 800-53, and vulnerability tools. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires active SECRET clearance and DoD RMF experience.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree with relevant cyber/IA RMF experience or equivalent.
• DoD 8140/8570-aligned cybersecurity certs (CISSP, Security+, CASP+, GCIH, GSLC) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSO per DoDI 8510.01 and NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 requirements.
• Maintain RMF ATO documentation and artifacts (SSP, Plan, Contingency Plans).
• Manage RMF packages in eMASS including evidence, assessments, and updates.
• Support continuous monitoring and ATO maintenance throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate with admins, ISSMs, and Government to meet cybersecurity requirements.
• Review vulnerability scans and track remediation of findings.
• Ensure DISA STIG compliance and document findings and exceptions.
• Schedule vulnerability scans and reassessments.
• Perform periodic access reviews to support least privilege.
