CACI International Inc. is seeking a cleared Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support Army C5ISR Mission Assurance. This senior role leads RMF efforts, validates ATOs in the eMASS chain, and ensures DoD IA controls compliance across multiple environments.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with Security+ as a required credential. The ISSO will guide centers toward successful RMF ATOs, coordinate documentation, and manage RMF artifacts, system boundaries,

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to be read on for TS/TSSCI (as needed).
• 3 years of ARMY RMF experience (SSP and A&A process approvals).
• Familiar with NIST SP 800-53 controls, RMF, and C&A processes.
• Ability to manage multiple RMF projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Security+ required.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior-level RMF support in a leadership capacity.
• Validate packages being submitted for authorizations (ATOs) in the eMASS package approval chain.
• Verify submissions have met the threshold for approval, including: CCIs, SCA-V results, POA&Ms, STIGs, SSPs, and other RMF documentation.
• Identify, develop, and incorporate RMF artifacts (architecture, inventories, risk assessments, POA&Ms, data flows).
• Document compliance against DoD IA controls within RMF packages.
• Utilize vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., ACAS/Nessus) to identify and document compliance.
