Fusion Technology is seeking a security-cleared professional for on-site support at Lackland AFB, TX. A Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related DoD cybersecurity governance experience and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.

The role focuses on RMF lifecycle management, CNTP documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance. The candidate will lead RMF phases, develop SSP/SAP/SAR/POA&M, and coordinate with ISSMs, AO's, and Program Managers, ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of related DoD cybersecurity governance experience.
• Experience supporting RMF lifecycle processes and DoD guidance.
• Proficiency in developing SSP, SAP, SAR, POA&M, and ATO packages.
• Advanced use of eMASS for documentation, workflow, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the System Requirement Owner navigating CSAR and RMF processes.
• Support eRoc, IDOG, and portfolio management workflows.
• Lead RMF phases and coordinate with ISSMs, AO's, and System Owners.
• Develop and maintain SSP, SAP, SAR, POA&M, and ATO artifacts per standards.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and issue resolution with risk-based decisions.
• Coordinate security control assessments, vuln scans, and remediation efforts.
