Job summary

Fusion Technology LLC seeks a security-cleared professional to lead RMF/CSAR processes for DoD systems and coordinate across eRoc, IDOG, and Portfolio Management workflows. You will develop and maintain SSP/SAP/SAR/POA&M/ATO packages while ensuring RMF compliance and continuous monitoring per NIST standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related DoD cybersecurity experience, proficiency in eMASS, ITIPS, and CONOPS, and strong coordination with ISSMs, PMs, and System

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related DoD cybersecurity experience.
• Experience supporting DoD governance processes such as eRoc, IDOG, and Portfolio Management.
• Proficiency with CRSP docs, ITCSC, PIA, PCIL determinations, CONOPS documents.
• Knowledge of RMF lifecycle phases and continuous monitoring activities.
• Ability to develop SSP, SAP, SAR, POA&M, and ATO packages.
• Experience using eMASS for security control documentation and coordination.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, 800-60, FIPS 199/200.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DLIELC System Requirement Owner with CSAR and RMF Pro processes and coordination.
• Support eRoc process and lead IDOG activities including ITCSC, PIA, PCIL, and CONOPS.
• Coordinate RMF phases and ITIPS registration; maintain eMASS workflows.
• Develop and maintain SSP/SAP/SAR/POA&M/ATO packages in line with DoD/NIST standards.
• Perform data entry in eMASS; coordinate with ISSMs, PMs, and System Owners; document mitigations.
• Monitor security control effectiveness; conduct impact assessments for changes; maintain audit trails.
• Lead executive meetings and coordinate with stakeholders; drive remediation actions.
• Oversee security control assessments, vulnerability scans, and ATO preparation.
• Implement continuous monitoring per NIST SP 800-137; provide program management oversight.
