Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to manage RMF activities for DoD/FM systems in the Ellsworth Air Force Base area. You will develop authorization artifacts, coordinate risk remediation, and support A&A decision packages, ensuring audit-ready cybersecurity documentation for government review.

The role requires DoD RMF experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to coordinate across program offices, system owners, and cybersecurity leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD RMF processes and artifacts (SSP, ATO)
• Strong understanding of NIST SP 800-53 and related standards
• Ability to develop and maintain audit-ready cybersecurity documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF lifecycle activities for assigned DoD/FM systems
• Prepare and maintain authorization artifacts (SSP, RAR, POA&M)
• Coordinate remediation actions with system owners and stakeholders
• Support A&A decision packages and AO/AODR materials
• Maintain audit-ready cybersecurity records and conform to DoD requirements
