Job summary

MANTECH in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a motivated A&A RMF Engineer to join our team onsite. You will develop, submit, and maintain Cyber and A&A artifacts for Navy RMF and Authorizations to Operate (ATO). You will coordinate POA&Ms, support RMF tools, and work with owners and engineers to ensure proper control implementation.

The role demands strong analytical skills, DoD RMF experience, and the ability to travel up to 10%. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of Masters degree.
• Experience with DIACAP, RMF, NIST and other federal guidelines.
• CE/OS certifications (e.g., Linux, Windows, VMWare).
• IAT-II level at minimum (SECNAV M-5239.2 / DoD 8140/8570).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, submit, and maintain all Cyber and A&A artifacts as part of Navy RMF for ATOs.
• Support hardware and software configuration baseline updates for NETTN enclaves and NTB software deliveries.
• Coordinate RMF package escalation and POA&Ms for findings.
• Collaborate with system owners, security engineers, and technical teams to ensure controls are documented.
• Contribute to a team environment focused on innovation and efficient work practices.
