Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Cyber Security Analyst to support the Marine Corps Systems Command contract in Quantico, VA. The role focuses on RMF analysis to obtain an Authority to Operate (ATO) and maintain system security posture.

The analyst will work with DoD 8140 standards and NIST guidelines, preparing SSPs, POA&Ms, ARs, CSSs, and other A&A artifacts, while coordinating with GRC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of related cybersecurity experience.
• Must be DoD 8140 compliant at intermediate/advanced level; CASP+CE, Security+, CISSP, or CISM certification required.
• Strong knowledge of NIST guidelines, FISMA, RMF, CSF, EO/OMB standards; IT systems expertise.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system documentation reflects current security configurations for hardware, software, data flows.
• Perform compliance reviews to verify adherence to EO, OMB memos, NIST SP 800-37/800-53, FIPS.
