Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an RME Operator in Kenosha, WI. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution systems with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

You will perform predictive maintenance, troubleshoot robotic work cells, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure peak equipment performance in a high‑speed manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of PC software experience incl. Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Vocational/technical training or an associate degree or 1+ years RME experience.
• Ability to read measurements and apply maths to maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyance equipment.
• Troubleshoot robotics and robotic work cells to maintain uptime.
• Repair electrical and mechanical components of material handling equipment.
• Collaborate with journey workers and operations partners.
• Follow safety regulations and job plans in all tasks.
• Support continuous improvement to improve equipment reliability.
• Stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 49 pounds.
