Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Spokane, WA is seeking an RME Operator to support the maintenance of automated packaging and distribution systems. The role combines electronic, mechanical, computer, and automation skills to keep high‑performance equipment running smoothly.

The position requires 1+ year PC software experience, a vocational/technical background or an associate degree (or equivalent RME experience).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of PC software experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Vocational/technical training or an associate degree or higher, OR 1+ years of RME experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test and enroll in a 9-week training program.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyance equipment.
• Troubleshoot robotics and robotic work cells to maintain uptime.
• Maintain motors, sensors, relays and related equipment; troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with journey workers and coordinate with upstream/downstream teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement to boost equipment reliability.
