Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, known as JLL, is seeking an RME Operator in Boise, ID to maintain automated packaging and distribution systems and support robotics work cells. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and collaborate across operations teams to maximize equipment uptime.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of PC software experience, and willingness to enroll in a 9-week training program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of PC software experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 1+ years of RME or vocational/technical training/associate degree.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyance equipment.
• Troubleshoot robotics and robotic work cells to maintain uptime.
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with journey coworkers and coordinate with upstream/downstream operations teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability.
