Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an RME Planner to join the Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering team in Sturtevant, WI. You will develop maintenance plans and schedules, review and audit work orders, and coordinate with maintenance and operations to minimize downtime.

This role emphasizes data accuracy, KPI tracking, and proactive asset management. You will work across Maintenance management, Technicians, and Operations to ensure effective PM programs and reliable equipment

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years planning, scheduling and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• 1 year experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Travel up to 15% is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance plans and schedules based on preventive and predictive maintenance data and KPIs.
• Screen EAM work orders, audit equipment, and estimate labor hours, materials, tools for WOs.
• Support scheduling, assignment of work, and upkeep of spare parts metadata.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support and end-user trainings; coach staff on EAM best practices.
