CBRE is seeking an entry-level RME Operator to begin a technical career within Reliability Maintenance Engineering. No prior electrical or mechanical experience is required; you will support daily maintenance and build foundational skills for the Mechatronics & Robotics Apprenticeship program.

The role offers growth into a structured RME pathway with on-site training and collaboration with experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and solve problems in routine maintenance and operational situations while maintaining safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices while performing preventive maintenance checks.
• Replace spare parts following standard operating procedures.
• Use laptops/tablets to manage work orders and documentation.
• Use basic workshop tools.
• Work alongside experienced RME technicians to develop technical knowledge.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
