This role offers a clear pathway into the Mechatronics & Robotics Apprenticeship (MRA) program as automation grows across sites. No prior electrical or mechanical experience is required, with opportunities to learn from experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• No prior electrical or mechanical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices while performing preventive maintenance checks.
• Replace spare parts following standard operating procedures.
• Use laptops/tablets to manage work orders and documentation.
• Use basic workshop tools.
• Work alongside experienced RME technicians to develop technical knowledge.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with CBRE and Operations Maintenance teams.
