Job summary

CBRE is seeking an entry-level RME Operator to start a technical career with the Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. No prior electrical or mechanical experience is required. You will support daily maintenance and build foundational skills toward the Mechatronics & Robotics Apprenticeship program.

This role offers hands-on learning with established technicians and a clear pathway into advanced technical progression within RME, preparing you for future growth in site operations.

Qualifications

• Basic math and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety rules.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices while performing preventive maintenance checks
• Replace spare parts following standard operating procedures
• Use laptops/tablets to manage work orders and documentation
• Use basic workshop tools
• Work alongside experienced RME technicians to develop technical knowledge
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
