Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Inspector (RME-I) to join our Life Safety team in Irving, TX. The role requires inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire protection sprinkler systems as the licensed RME‑I for assigned sites, ensuring NFPA, state statutes, and AHJ requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of hands-on ITM experience, strong NFPA knowledge, and the ability to interpret blueprints and hydraulic data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on fire sprinkler ITM experience.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 25, 13, and 20.
• Ability to read blueprints and hydraulic data plates.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly, annual, and 5-year inspections and testing per NFPA 25.
• Inspect valves, backflow preventers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Identify deficiencies and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Complete accurate inspection reports with digital tools.
• Explain findings to facility managers and AHJ representatives.
• Read system drawings and hydraulics to verify compliance.
• Maintain records of inspections and service activities.
• Represent the company professionally with clients.
