Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an RMA Technician in Racine, Mount Pleasant, WI to join a production warehouse team. The role includes cycle counts and accurate inventory in a smart manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities cover testing tasks, material handling, data entry, AOI operations, and 5S workspace upkeep. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 2+ years in warehouse/inventory roles and ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain testing station performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment.
• Load and unload PCBA onto test fixtures.
• Scan units into the test software.
• Assist Test Engineers with station setup and processes.
• Maintain 5S standards in the workspace.
• Load/unload PCBA into AOI.
• Segregate RMAs by program type.
• Identify failures at AOI with red arrows.
• Support accurate inventories and perform cycle counts.
• Implement proper material storage strategies.
• Assist with receiving/unloading and inspecting shipments.

• Complete receiving, discrepancy and follow-up reports.
• Organize warehouse space for max efficiency.

RMA Technician

Full Time - Direct Hire

Racine - Mount Pleasant, WI

All shifts open 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

Wage range: $22-26/hr

We are seeking an RMA Technician that will work in a team setting to perform cycle counts and keep accurate inventory data. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within Warehouse Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The RMA Technician will perform duties such as Automated Optical Inspection, Functional Test and Material Handling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain testing station performance
• Responsible for the basic maintenance and troubleshooting of test equipment
• Loading and unloading PCBA onto test Fixtures
• Scanning units into the test software
• Assist Test Engineers and Engineer Technicians with test station setup and other processes
• Maintaining a clean work environment to 5S Standards.
• Loading and unloading PCBA into the Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
• Segregate RMAs according to program type to minimize program change overs
• Place red indicator arrows identifying failures detected at AOI
• Responsible for providing support in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventories.
• Perform cycle counts where inaccuracies are occurring.
• Executing responsible for proper material storage strategies.
• Participate in the receiving unloading, and inspection of shipments for damage.
• Operate a variety of warehouse equipment.
• Complete receiving, discrepancy, and follow-up reports.
• Organize the warehouse space locations and determining the proper location of supplies to allow for maximum space utilization.
• Operate a computer and assigned software to input data and generate reports.

Qualifications

Must be able to maintain efficiency and work together with team members to complete projects by their deadlines.

Warehouse and Inventory experience

Medium to heavy physical effort required. Will handle an average-weight of objects that are 30-50 pounds.

This position requires walking, standing, and repetitive bending throughout the day.

Ensure proper handling of fragile PCBAs as to not damage components.

Education Requirements and Ideal Experience Includes:

Pay Details:

$22.00 to $26.00 per hour
