Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is hiring a RMA Team Lead for the B shift at the Ridgeville datacenter. You will supervise loading/unloading, perform quality checks, manage inventory counts and coordinate cabling and rack installation in server racks.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and proficiency with computers. Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with an hourly base pay of $22.00.

Qualifications

• Regular interaction with customers and stakeholders on site.
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills needed for decisions based on data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight ensuring part numbers and quantities are correct.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for spare parts on site at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments of various electronic components using multiple warehouse systems.
• Oversee server rack placement and cabling per diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment including straddle stackers and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
