Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Ridgeville, SC is seeking a RMA Team Lead for the B shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm) to oversee loading and unloading, manage shipping documents, perform daily inventory cycle counts, and handle return shipments for electronic components at the datacenter.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of related experience, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and knowledge of electrical safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers; manage shipping documents and records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight; verify part numbers and quantities; ensure pristine condition of material.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee installation and arrangement of server racks and cabling following diagrams and schematics.
