Job summary

Matrix Design Group in Newburgh, IN is seeking a 2027 Summer Intern for the RMA department. The intern will support the RMA team, gain experience with Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Office, and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.

This is a paid, on-site internship at our home office. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and involves assisting with moving inventory, cycle counts, documentation, building subassemblies, and helping Shipping/Receiving and Repair Techs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a diploma/degree seeking program
• Ability to accurately enter data with basic clerical skills
• Organized and dependable
• Good computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to independently and in a small team
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Move finished goods and components for RMA inventory or processing to customers
• Assist with inventory cycle counts
• Scan and attach supporting documents to work orders
• Build subassemblies for the Repair Techs
• Maintain a clean lab work area
• Build finished goods boxes for shipping and receiving
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes as needed
• Assist Repair Techs as needed
