Job summary

Musco Sports Lighting is seeking an Electronic Technician for the RMA Operations Team in our Oskaloosa, IA office. You will troubleshoot and repair electronic products returned from customer facilities, performing root-cause analysis and documenting repair data.

In this role you will support manufacturing by soldering and reworking assemblies, provide technical guidance to teammates, and contribute to test fixture development and troubleshooting protocols to improve product quality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis on Musco electronic products returned from customer facilities.
• Supports manufacturing by soldering and reworking assemblies that have failed internal inspection or tests.
• Perform repairs on returned devices.
• Collect repair data and maintain repair database.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced RMA operations technicians.
• Assist with design, construction, and maintenance of test fixtures and test systems as required. Includes hardware, software, and mechanical activities.
• Assist with developing and documenting troubleshooting protocols.
• Provide feedback to product developers for design corrections and enhancements.
