Job summary

Banner Engineering seeks a meticulous RMA Materials Handler to inspect and rework inventory in the RMA department, ensuring quality and readiness for stock. You will report to the RMA Manager and contribute to accurate documentation and processes.

The role requires general Excel/Word proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to handle physical demands in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and interpret information on ECOs (Engineering Change Orders).
• Proficiency with basic electrical tools used to measure and test sensors.

Responsibilities

• Categorize and count inventory based on date codes and product families.
• Inspect returned products for cosmetics, packaging, and content quality.
• Check ECO history to determine special processing before stock return.
• Manage special rework projects with production to ensure sensors are ready for stock.
• Create documentation to prepare inventory for stocking.
