Texas Capital Bank in Dallas seeks a seasoned Corporate Banking leader to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on C-suite engagement and tailored financial solutions.

You will mentor analysts, lead deal execution, and collaborate with credit and product teams to drive growth while upholding risk and regulatory standards.

This role requires 10+ years in corporate banking, a Bachelor’s in finance or related field, and FINRA registrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as the primary contact for C‑suite executives
• Develop customized financial solutions based on client needs and market insights
• Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and deepening relationships within the client base
• Partner with internal teams to cross-sell treasury, credit and investment banking services
• Work with credit teams to structure, underwrite, and monitor deals
• Mentor Analysts and Associates on technical skills and client management
• Lead client pitches, negotiations and presentations to secure new business
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing Corporate Banking team
