Qualifications

  • Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of banking center experience preferred, with customer service and cash handling exposure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, retain and deepen customer relationships by executing relationship management strategies and performing efficient and accurate banking transactions.
  • Uncover the needs of new and existing customers and refer them to relevant solutions and experts within the bank.
  • Proactive customer outreach aligned to a high‑touch engagement model; make proactive calls to existing and prospective customers.
  • Open accounts for walk-ins and coordinate documentation to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Handle teller activity including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and other client requests with exceptional service.

Teller activity includes but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, etc…Open accounts for new walk-in; coordinate legal account documentation to ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulationsAssist in community awareness events to increase bank outreach and foster new business opportunitiesAssist management with various operational duties and responsibilitiesAbide by Texas Capital Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelinesQualificationsMinimum of 2 years banking center experience preferred, including customer service, relationship management and cash handlingKnowledge of banking products and services including deposits, lending and other financial servicesAbility to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment to accomplish many tasks efficiently and timelyProfessional experience anticipating common customer concerns and analyzing current procedures and processes for available improvementsProven customer service skillsProficient knowledge of PC/Internet (Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak conciselyMust be team-orientedAbility to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization with various stakeholdersKnowledge of legal entity documentation preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong phone communication skillsProficient knowledge of Salesforce preferredMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsThe duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
