Job summary

RightStone is seeking a reliable Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist for our Riverside, CA location for a 2‑month temporary period. You will process orders, assemble kits, and prepare shipments in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks and other basic warehouse tools, receiving inventory, and ensuring accurate data entry. The shift runs 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with breaks; overtime and weekend shifts may occur based on workload.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and respectful attitude.
• Able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Able to safely lift and move materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and inventory: Fulfill orders, process inventory, receive products, and assemble custom kits accurately.
• Prepare shipments: Build boxes, pack and organize materials, prepare products for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment: Safely use pallet jacks, scales, cutters, folders, binders, and other basic tools.
• Move materials safely: Load/unload products and push/pull carts weighing up to 1,500 lbs; lift 35–40 lbs regularly, up to 51 lbs occasionally.
• Maintain accuracy: Enter information into systems, follow instructions, check for errors, and correct as needed.
• Work safely and efficiently: Follow safety procedures, meet deadlines, keep area clean.
• Support the team: Work well independently and with others, communicate ideas to improve quality/productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
