Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Comfortable entering data into a computer system and pulling basic reports.
• Capable of juggling multiple orders and shipments with accuracy.
• Catches discrepancies and damage before they affect others; attention to detail matters.
• Coachable and willing to learn new systems and processes on the job.
• Listens closely and uses good judgment when something doesn’t look right.
• Reliable, on-time attendance; the team depends on you showing up.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment & shipping: pull products, verify against pick tickets, pack and label for shipment.
• Receiving & inventory: unload, inspect, and document discrepancies; enter received goods into the system.
• Warehouse operations & safety: reach, climb ladders up to 25 feet, keep a clean, safe work area, and maintain consistent attendance.
