Randstad USA seeks a warehouse associate / production tender in Riverside, CA to support short-term mandates with flexible hours and weekly pay. No specific experience is required beyond a strong work ethic and reliability.

You will tend production lines, sort and count materials, assist with general warehouse tasks, perform basic quality checks, and follow supervisor directions for the duration of each mandate. This role offers varied work hours and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic warehouse tasks.
• No prior experience required beyond reliability and work ethic.
• Dress code compliance: sleeves, no holes, closed-toe non-slip footwear.

Responsibilities

• Tend: safely load raw materials or components into simple production or assembly machines and remove finished parts.
• Sorting and counting: accurately sort materials, count stock, and prepare inventory for staging or shipment.
• General labor: assist with general warehouse tasks, including cleanup, organizing stock, and basic equipment movement.
• Quality checks: perform simple visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet basic standards.
• Follow direction: take direction effectively from on-site supervisors to complete tasks assigned for the duration of the mandate.
